Information we collect automatically when you visit our Website or App or use our Plan Services
Usage information – We keep track of customer and user activity in relation to the Website, App or Plan Services, the configuration of their computers, and performance metrics related to their use of the Website, App or Plan Services. Log information – We log information about our customers and their Users when they use the Website or App including Internet Protocol ("IP") address, Internet Service Provider ("ISP"), browser type, referring/exit pages, the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data to analyze trends in the aggregate and administer the site. Customer Proprietary Network Information ("CPNI") – We collect CPNI which is certain information that is generated in connection with your use of our wireless voice communications services. CPNI includes, for example, call details and call location information. Please see the "CPNI" section below for further details about our collection of this information;

If you make a request to access your personal information, we may charge you a fee where permitted by applicable law. If you ask us to delete your specific personal information, we will honor this request unless deleting that information prevents us from carrying out necessary business functions or legal obligations, like billing for our services; calculating taxes; troubleshooting, detecting, preventing, and investigating spam, fraudulent activity, and network exploits and abuse; conducting required audits; fulfilling law enforcement requests; or comply with legal obligations. In general, when processing personal information to provide our Plan Services, we do so only on behalf of our customers and in accordance with their instructions. This means that if you wish to access, review, modify or delete any personal information we process on behalf of an AntTone customer, you should contact that customer with your request. We will then help them to fulfill that request in accordance with their instructions.
Unsubscribe from our mailing list
You may at any time ask us to remove you from our mailing list by sending us an email at email@example.com or by visiting or by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any e-mail communications or push notification we send you. We will remove you from our mailing list in accordance with applicable laws.
To request that your phone number be removed from future sales calls, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.

We will retain your personal information for no longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the information was originally collected unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, for legal, tax or regulatory reasons, or other legitimate and lawful business purposes.
Some of the information we collect may be Customer Proprietary Network Information ("CPNI"). CPNI is data generated in connection with the telecommunications services we provide to you, i.e., voice services. CPNI does not include your name, address, or phone number. Under federal law, you have a right, and we have a duty, to protect the confidentiality of CPNI and we have adopted processes and procedures designed to ensure compliance with those rules. The bottom line is that we will not intentionally use, access, or disclose your CPNI to third parties without your permission, except as allowed under the FCC’s rules or other applicable law.
AntTone does not provide products or services that are designed for use by children under the age of 13, or knowingly collect personal information from or about children under the age of 13.
