Firstly, we need to understand the difference between our accounts.
The account types are divided into: Company account, Small Business, Personal account. The functions and responsibilities of each account are different. See the following for details:
Company account: Enterprise commercial account, you can set up departments and add employees. (Rent: $39.99/month). You can log in to the console system, have the management department account, the employee account authority; can purchase the number, recharge account, number management, address book management, SMS/MMS management, call record management and other operations. However, the department and the employee account cannot purchase the number, and the number must be purchased from the company account.
Small Business: Small business account, single user, can purchase multiple phone numbers. (Rent: $19.99/month). You can log in to console system and manage your own address book, SMS/MMS record, call record, recharge account, purchase phone number, and log in to App and Web version to make calls and send text messages.
Personal account: Personal non-commercial account, for personal non-commercial use only, allows for a single phone number. (Rent: free/month, Package: $29.99/month). You can log in to console system and manage your own address book, SMS/MMS record, call record, recharge account, purchase one phone number, and log in to App and Web version to make calls and send text messages.

We support Paypal and credit card payments. The supported credit cards are as follows: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover.
Thirdly, after the account is recharged successfully, the next step is to purchase the number.
Find the "Search" button on the navigation and open it as shown below:
On this page, you can choose the country number you want to purchase and whether the number can send MMS, call and other functions. After comfirmed, press the Buy button to purchase, as shown below:
After the phone number is successfully purchased, you can find your number in the number page. as shown below:
if your account is of the Personal type, the basic operation of the phone has been completed. So you can log in to the app or Web Client to use our service.
If your account is Company type, you should go ahead to finish the below operation.

Next, check the employees you want to assign, as shown below:
Finally, all operations that the company account has completed. So you can log in to the app or Web Client to use our service.
